Reed Travel Exhibitions' 21st annual European meetings exposition, EIBTM, attracted a record number of hosted buyers, hosted a record number of pre-scheduled buyer-supplier meetings, and welcomed a record number of education program attendees. Cvent's senior management was among those in attendance at the show in Barcelona, and, with almost 200 private appointments, we're happy to report EIBTM was also one of Cvent’s most successful tradeshows to date!

During the three-day show, our booth was jam-packed with visitors wanting to learn more about Cvent’s product line. We truly enjoyed meeting everyone and discussing our online registration, site selection and strategic meetings software—thanks to all those who stopped by!

On Wednesday night, as a thank you to our prospects and clients, Cvent hosted a private dinner at 7 Portes—a historic Catalan restaurant in the heart of Barcelona. Over 60 planner and supplier attendees from EIBTM joined our team for a relaxed dinner before heading off to EIBTM’s Club Night.

Cvent is already in the planning stages for how to make EIBTM 2010 an even more successful show. Other notable tradeshows Cvent will be exhibiting at or attending in 2010 include PCMA’s Annual Conference, MPI’s Meet Different, NBTA’s International Convention, International Confex, and IMEX.
