Cvent Founder and CEO Reggie Aggarwal has received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2009 Award in Greater Washington. Selected by a panel of independent judges, Aggarwal was presented with the award at a gala last night at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner, where he was joined by members of Cvent's management team.

The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who are building and leading dynamic, growing businesses. Celebrating its 23rd anniversary, the program honors entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptionality in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. 

As a Greater Washington award winner, Aggarwal is now eligible for consideration for the Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur Of The Year 2009 national program. The winner of this award will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California, in November.
