Not surprisingly, event registrants can quickly get frustrated with lengthy event registration forms. After all, who wants to spend more than a few minutes simply signing up for a cocktail reception, agenda session or one-day conference?

With attendance numbers struggling, it's more important than ever to make sure your registration process is a breeze for invitees. One of the ways to do this is by pre-population. Pre-population simply means that any existing information you have on a registrant (first and last name, email, phone number, etc.) will be automatically entered into your registration form. Rather than waste time on tedious entry of this information, a registrant simply needs to verify each item is accurate before hitting "Register."
