Top Holiday Party Venues: Phoenix/Scottsdale

Top SEVsAs the holiday (and holiday party) season quickly approaches, Cvent wanted to take a moment to provide you with some of the top special events venues in the U.S.

The Phoenix/Scottsdale area offers a variety of unique special events venues that will provide a truly memorable experience for your guests.

The Wrigley Mansion

The name "Wrigley" is usually associated with a historic ballpark in Chicago, but once you visit the The Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix, you won't soon forget it. And neither will your party guests!

Built in 1932 by chewing gum magnate William Wrigley, Jr. (yes, the owner of the Chicago Cubs at the time), this elegant Mansion sits atop a 100-foot knoll with views of the mountains and the city of Phoenix below. Builders embraced elements of Spanish, California Monterey and Mediterranean architecture, making this venue a one-of-a-kind in the Valley.

WrigleyWhat the Wrigley Mansion offers, most of all, is a historic venue with the kind of historic elegance long since forgotten. Your guests will be thrilled to experience this opulent structure in person and be treated as a true VIP by the proprietors.

From small receptions to executive meetings and elaborate functions, the Wrigley is a historical venue for all occasions.  With 13 individual rooms of varying sizes (accommodating up to 15,000 guests) and character this venue offers you a complete range of flexibility and services when planning your holiday party.

Children’s Museum of Phoenix

A children's museum for a holiday party, you say? Yes, yes we do. While the Children's Museum of Phoenix of Phoenix may not immediately jump to mind when considering a venue for your holiday party, this location holds plenty of surprises for visitors. After all, the holidays can bring out the child in all of us, and this is the kind of place where you can relive those wonderful memories of your youth. When it opened in 2008, the Museum breathed new life into the historic century-old Monroe School building in downtown Phoenix.

CMPRecently restored to its original beauty, this museum is an "eclectic, creative space with an artistic urban feel that will entertain, delight and inspire."  Free parking for up to 250 means this venue is very accommodating for larger groups, and the three floors of exhibit space will help when planning any type of gathering. Whether it's a sit-down dinner, cocktail party or rollicking party,  you’ll find that the Children’s Museum of Phoenix is a top venue that truly "puts the 'special' in your special event.”

Mountain Preserve Reception Center

One of the many joys of living in the Valley is the seeing those gorgeous mountains that adorn the skyline, way off in the distance. At the Mountain Preserve Reception Center, you can enjoy spectacular views of this venue in its unique, mountainside location. Easily accessible from anywhere in the Valley, it's an ideal spot for a holiday party or gathering, where you can expect a casually elegant experience, with fine cuisine and "warm personalized service for your party or event." The Mountain View Reception will work with you to make your holiday party memorable, and can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 600 people.

Mountain PreserveThere's another "upside" to holding your event here. The Mountain Preserve Reception Center was founded by the United Phoenix Firefighters.  By holding your event at the Mountain Preserve Reception Center, you’re offering your guests a unique experience to support your local Firefighter charities. And what better time to give than during the holiday season?

In order to help planners find the perfect venue for their upcoming holiday parties, Cvent evaluated over 5,000 venues.  We based our selections off of the number of views the venue received, as well as the venue’s group lead market share within the Cvent Supplier Network.  To view Cvent’s complete list of Top U.S. Special Event Venues, please visit:
