Dubai: New and Coming Attractions

Dubai Miracle Garden, Burj KhalifaWith the outdoor team building and corporate event season drawing to a close in just over a month, it's time to focus on some of the newest attractions on the horizon in Dubai.

It's still not too late to get to Dubai before the temperatures soar and it's definitely not too early to book for next season. Outdoor event venues are getting booked earlier and earlier and it would be wise to act now and ensure that corporate teams are not disappointed. Here is what's ahead for corporate groups in Dubai.

Miracle Garden

Located in an area that was, up until recently desert, Dubailand, a massive entertainment complex, has been taking shape. It includes The Desert Ranch, MotorCity, Dubai Sports City and Global Village.

Dubbed the world's largest flower garden, Miracle Garden, which opened at Dubailand in March, 2013, is a colorful floral paradise with over 45 million flowers in a variety of shapes, formations and designs. The edible plant garden opened a few days ago. It has already achieved recognition from the Guinness Book of World Records for the world's largest vertical floral wall.

Phase 1 includes a Ferrari area, an 18 meter replica of the Burj Khalifa, and a floral clock. Phase 2 will include a butterfly garden, an aromatic plants garden with medicinal plants from over 200 countries, and restaurants.

IMG Worlds of Adventure

Slated to open in late 2014, IMG Worlds of Adventure, a indoor amusement park, will be one of Dubailand's hottest attractions where groups can keep their cool all year. It will feature 4 zones: Cartoon Network, Dinosaur Adventure, Marvel Lost Valley and IMG Boulevard. There will be conference and meeting facilities for corporate groups.

For an experience that's "out of this world" Hydropolis, an underwater hotel is slated for development. It's a coming attraction that groups can look forward to in Dubai. We'll keep you posted.
