Function space also includes a ballroom with a 350 guest capacity for dining. A 24-hour business centre will make handling those inevitable last-minute client requests a breeze.
This 237-guest room property with 49 suites will be opening on a 5.6 hectare stretch of Jumeirah Beach on December 1, 2014. The smallest room will be 753 square feet ,including balcony. Event venues include 5 meeting rooms with a capacity of 12 - 100, the 596-square-meter Dana Ballroom on the beach and stunning outdoor function space for corporate events including lawns, terraces, and beach settings.
Located in Dubai's International Financial Centre, the 250-room Rosewood Dubai will bring the luxury for which the Rosewood brand is known to the United Arab Emirates. A large ballroom and the Sense, Rosewood with rooftop pool and fitness center will ensure that guests are comfortable both during and between meetings. Rosewood Dubai is scheduled to open in 2015.
Slated for development on Jumeirah Beach and with a projected opening of 2017, Mandarin Oriental will be building a 200-room property with guest rooms and suites. They will be bringing overwater bungalows, a popular offering in Asia/Pacific, to Dubai.
