IMEX America Las Vegas Special Event Venues Part 2 #IMEX13

London and Partners Party at Tryst Nightclub, WynnLast week, exhibitors and intermediaries really pulled out all the stops to entertain IMEX America hosted buyers and VIPs. In the process, event planners discovered some absolutely fabulous venues. We profiled a few of the IMEX America Special Event Venues last week and today we'll take a peek at some more.

Tryst Nightclub at Wynn

Chris FJ Lynn, ‎London & Partners' Sales & Marketing Director, North America & Emerging Markets always throws a great party. This year, he teamed up with VisitScotland and, for the Event bash, they selected Tryst Nightclub, an eye-popping venue at Wynn. The hues of red and lighting that have been used for this venue create a dramatic effect as soon as one enters. The waterfalls and caves remind me of The Ruins at the Falls in Ocho Rios Jamaica.

With a capacity of 2000 and 80 VIP tables, it is the ideal spot for any event when it is important to to impress. When a venue is this spectacular, all an event planner has to do is to add a few final touches to create a magical event.

Pool Deck at Four Seasons Las Vegas

Four Seasons Las Vegas Pool PartyFour Seasons Las Vegas made a big splash with its elevated pool party. Las Vegas based Destination by Design  transformed the lushly landscaped,  600 guest capacity pool deck .

Chaise lounges were replaced with cabanas where hot dogs, sliders, raclette, and other refreshments were served.

Dramatic lighting and candelabras created a mesmerizing effect.

Beverages were kept cool in ice mugs, the perfect way to avoid broken glass on the pool deck.

Wow factors included a flash mob in which waiters, lifeguards, and guests suddenly became dancers in the pool.

Rain Nightclub, The Palms

A stunning venue with a capacity of 1800,  the 25,000 sq. foot Rain Nightclub was the venue selected for Site Night this year. The venue featured 9 booths around the  large dance floor and 6 VIP skyboxes with private balconies overlooking the dance floor and stage. Entertainment included, masked dancers, South African dancers, Las Vegas Show girls, and aerial artists. The after party on the rooftop provided the panoramic view of Las Vegas that was featured on yesterday's blog post.
