If you've ever been curious about Dubai's iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, today's the day that we'll take a peek inside. I'll share photos from my personal collection when I toured the hotel a few months ago.
Emerging from the Arabian Sea and soaring to a height 321 meters, Jumeirah Burj Al Arab represents the ultimate in luxury. The structure was inspired by the sail of a traditional Arabian Dhow.
The interior design and decor represents an Arabian Nights fantasy with ultra-modern touches. It is easy to understand why the Burj Al Arab is a favorite of dignitaries and members of royal families throughout the Middle East and Europe. Business meetings and regional conferences involving heads of states and senior Government officials take place there regularly.
Middle Eastern, UK and European companies use the Burj Al Arab for the ultimate in incentive travel. It's only a matter of time before corporate event planners from around the globe will discover its charm.
The Burj Al Arab's 202, two level suites all provide a view of the Arabian Gulf. Each suite has:
- a fully equipped office area with laptop, printer, and fax machine
- a spacious dining area
- living room with 42 inch plasma screen TVs and plush furniture
- luxurious bedrooms offer a pillow menu with 13 options
- huge en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi spa tubs and walk-in showers.
- dressing room
- guest bathroom
Event venues include the lavish 2-tiered Al Falak Ballroom, lavish banquet halls, the Assawan Amphitheatre, and an outdoor marina garden.
