Sizzling Start for Ignite Business Expo

Ignite Business ExpoWhat does it take to design an event that sparkles from the start? On Tuesday night, Ignite Magazine demonstrated this in style at its reception for 150 Ignit4 Business Expo hosted buyers at Allstream Centre at Exhibition Place in Toronto. A mesmerizing ambiance was created with lighting in hues of blue and purple that bathed the entire venue.

At the front of the room, virtually non-stop entertainment was provided on 4 digital panels with state-of-the-art technology by Performance. Images projected through the panels also provided an stunning back drop for the the welcome remarks by Richard Elliot and Debbie van der Beek, Co-publishers of Ignite Magazine.

Richard and Debbie stressed the fact that the venue had a lot to do with the success. Role modeling some of the tips we recently provided in our Cvent Blog features about Choosing Comfortable Chairs for Events and Event Venues, to ensure guest comfort, a variety of seating styles and configurations were provided by the venue.

The excellent menu selections were also provided by the venue. The scrumptious menu included a number of vegetarian options that were beautifully presented and delicious.

Ignite Business Expo Aerials Guests were invited to relax and get headshots taken against a green screen. Just when the evening seemed to be winding down, A2D2 Aerial Dance Cirque Company kicked things up a notch and literally ended the evening on a "high" note with an electrifying aerial ballet performance.

Now that is the way to start thinks off, not just for trade shows, but at any event where it's important to add the "wow" factor.
