  • Calls between clients and prospective suppliers

Google Hangouts

Google Hangouts is an instant messaging and video platform that was launched at the same time as Google+. You can chat right away or schedule a future hangout with 1 to 10 participants, and you can either post a photo or chat live with video using your computer's web camera.

Skype is a voice over IP (VoIP) platform that was launched in Sweden and Denmark in 2003. Microsoft purchased it in 2011. With Skype, users can exchange instant messages, participate in a group text chat and make free Internet calls. Users can also call mobiles and landline phones but there is a charge for these calls. The call can be video or an audio call using still pictures.
