- A record 25,000+ people on the streets (up from 14,000 last year)
- Proceeds went to benefit Taylor’s Heroes and the Saratoga Arts Center.
If you missed all the fun, don't worry. Saratoga is willing to recreate the excitement and flavor of Chowderfest for groups meeting in the city. Says Connie Crudo, the Bureau's Manager of Membership Sales & Service, "With enough notice, I am sure we could get a handful of restaurants to prepare chowder. The number of restaurants we got involved would depend on the size of the group."
Adds Crudo, "We could make arrangements for restaurants to sell samples for $1. Maybe we give the participants a bracelet or something to identify them. That would be fun!"
