Happy Holidays from the Airlines

airplaneThe last thing you and your executives are looking forward to this holiday season is what you do best: traveling. Families and loved ones swarm the airports in gleeful spirits while you battle the crowds trying to make your connecting flight home from your most recent meeting.

This year, the airlines are cutting you some slack. Delta has teamed up with Google Chrome to offer complimentary in-flight Internet from November 20, 2010 to January 2, 2011. With a few simple clicks, you are free to browse the world wide web (no pun intended). 540 of Delta's planes are Wi-Fi equipped.

United Airlines
is temporarily offering 1,000 bonus miles just for trying their mobile check-in. Go to United's web site on your mobile phone to check in for your flight and get your paperless boarding pass. Be sure to register online first to receive the bonus miles.

American Airlines has a promotion for the entire month of December called "5 at 5 Happy Hour in December". For all domestic flights departing between 5:00pm and 5:59pm customers will enjoy $5 beer, wine, and cocktails (normally $6). The promotion is to serve as a "thank you" to customers.
