In its 2011 Top 100 Companies to work for, Fortune Magazine included industry related companies like Marriott, Kimpton and Four Seasons Hotels.
One of the things that helped Kimpton make the list, ranked number 83, is that employees can bring friendly pets to work.
Marriott, ranked 71 this year and 82 previously, made the list in part because they changed their company policy to allow employees to keep health benefits even when the economy slowed and many workers didn't get enough hours to qualify for insurance.
Ranked 53 this year (and 58 previously), Four Seasons has been a on the list a long time and gets high marks from all levels of employees, even its hourly staff, making $30,000 a year. Everyone stays free in any of its hotels.
