Connecting With Your Customer Care Team
Cvent’s Customer Care department has over 700 team members all over the world. Izzy Hettiarachchi, Account Manager, explains that you have “unlimited access to our Customer Care Team. There are a handful of ways to get in touch with us, including by phone, chat, or by opening a case in our Cvent Community.” Product Consultants will help track and resolve your issue, while project-based consultants are available to guide you through specific project implementations.
Our Customer Care Team is available 24/7 via phone or Skype, or by online chat from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you want an even more convenient way of connecting with product consultants, open a ticket in our Community and a representative will be in touch within 24 hours.
What Other Resources Do You Have?
Self-help resources are available to you around the clock, including the Cvent Community, online Success Groups, and more. You can also connect with your Account Manager, Client Success Consultant, or even other avid Cvent users in the Cvent Celebrity portal.
