Hey, Cvent users! Did you know that in addition to Cvent CONNECT, hosted in the U.S. every year, we now host Cvent CONNECT Europe? The second annual conference was held from October 1st-2nd in London, and our Customer Success team had a vital role in the overall turnout of the event! Let’s highlight some of the key involvement of our UK colleagues:
Within the Innovation Pavilion, where technology came to life, Cvent CONNECT attendees had several opportunities to learn and interact with the Customer Success team. Our team discussed the most recent updates at the Flex Showcase, which was a huge topic in keynotes and other sessions. If you couldn’t tell, we’re really excited about it and its upcoming General Availability release! Ask the Experts
Next, the Ask the Experts area was a huge hit! Attendees set up 30-minute appointments with Success Consultants to have strategic discussions regarding their events and accounts. Any question or best practice the attendee may have had, our experts were there to assist!
Customer Success Center
The Customer Success Center, which allowed attendees to better understand resources available to support their success. The Cvent Community, Customer Success Groups, Forums, and Training Workshops were all featured. Cvent CONNECT attendees even had the chance to fill out a survey to get further insight into how to enhance the Cvent Community to fit their needs. Customer Education Day
Lastly, the Customer Success team hosted the first annual Customer Education Day. This full day of classroom-style training was hosted on October 3rd, where there were no competing sessions on the agenda and the focus was 100% dedicated to learning. Attendees had the choice of registering for up to two training workshops during the day. Each was led by experts on our team, covering topics such as Event Creation, Setting Up Your Mobile Event App, Promoting & Managing your Event, and Strategic Meetings Management and Planning. These workshops were a hit, with both Event Creation Levels 1 and 2 at max capacity!
Client Success Lead, Ayanna Egbarin, shared some of the fantastic feedback she heard onsite, “People really appreciated having hands-on experience and found value in the workshops.” Platform Solutions Lead, Anne Behnke, mentioned “One thing that a lot of customers said to me during the conference is that they learned so much about features on our platform they had no idea existed (OnArrival, Lead Capture, Mobile apps, etc.). They were really inspired by all of the different pieces of technology that were being showcased and loved the educational sessions that were maybe not so focused around Cvent, but rather on using Event Technology, in general, to help their business grow.” Maika Wolf, Client Success Consultant and first-time attendee, said, “It was great to meet the clients I would potentially be working with and it was great to get to share the excitement about our latest product releases. Cvent CONNECT is such a large part of the conversation here at Cvent and it was great to see it all come to life.
It was a fantastic event overall, and we’re already looking forward to next year!
