Cvent CONNECT will be here before we know it! We’re eager to get all the attendees excited for one of the major aspects of this user conference: Networking! Whether it’s with your Cvent Account Team, the fellow planners you met last year, or if you’re looking to establish new connections, you’re going to have endless opportunity to network at Cvent CONNECT. Before you get there though, you can access many resources to get excited and ready in advance.
Customer Success Groups are a way to connect with Cvent users in your area. They’re live events where you can hear from Cventers and chat with other Cvent users. These lunch & learn style events review how to best utilize Cvent products to maximize your return, allow for roundtable discussions with your peers, give a chance for questions with product experts, and highlight the latest product enhancements and roadmap. Are you unable to make a live Customer Success Group, but still want to network with Cvent users in your area? Look no further than Success Groups, located in the Cvent Community. These groups are an open area to post questions, seek advice, and chat with fellow users. There are three major sections: Getting Started, Tips & Trends, and In Your Area. You will find Getting Started broken out by product line, Tips & Trends broken out by industry trend and Cvent groups such as Cvent CONNECT Attendees, and of course, In Your Area. The In Your Area section should be a go-to place for any new or existing user, as you have the amazing chance to hear from fellow Cvent users near you – all through your computer! Whether that leads to coffee to discuss your Cvent usage, or an appointment together at Cvent CONNECT, the opportunities are endless once you begin to network here.
Forums are a hidden gem in the Cvent Community, meant specifically for Cvent users. The Cvent Community not only houses an amazing knowledge base full of how-to articles and guides but also provides an online opportunity to network with peers even more! Forums can be broken out by product, such as Event Management, LeadCapture, CrowdCompass, and more. It’s an area to openly post questions and/or suggestions regarding the product. Other Cvent users can respond to questions or provide advice based on their experience, and Cventers monitor the Forums to provide additional expertise.
