Chateau de ChillonIf you're planning incentive travel or a team building retreat in Europe, pull out all the stops and hold  a corporate event in a castle.  It will be a memorable experience that can't be replicated in the U.S. or Canada.

Many castles are stunning settings with gardens and beautiful landscaping. Traditional furniture and art provide insight into the local history and culture.


  • Chateau de Chillon
    This medieval castle on the shores of Lake Geneva has a 1,000-year-old history. This fairy tale setting is ideal for galas, dinners, receptions and concerts. Its 3 function rooms of various sizes can accommodate groups of up to 300 for receptions and 230 for dining. The Savoy Garden is available for receptions in the evening in conjunction with venue rental.


  • Chateauform Schloss Ahrenthal
    On an estate surrounded by a moat, this medieval family castle near the Rhine has been owned by the von Spee Counts since the early 1800s. With accommodation for 60 and 15 meeting rooms, it is configured for conferences, business meetings and workshops. Horse riding, archery and mountain biking can be enjoyed on the grounds and in the forest.


Belgium has more castles per square mile than any other country. Some of the castles available for events are:

  • Chateau de La HulpeChateau de La Hulpe
    Built in the 1840s, This French chateau can accommodate 100 guests for receptions and up to 60 for dining. Groups must book well in advance to use the castle for dinners, conferences, weddings and conferences.Domaine Solvay La Hulpe, a picturesque 227-hectare setting with forests, ponds and gardens surrounds the castle.
  • Chateau de Cherimont
    Built in the 19th century, Chateau de Cherimont's 99 acres have been transformed into a picturesque estate in which groups of 10 to 600 can enjoy archery, clay pigeon shootingand target practice with crossbows. To explore the trails, there are 4 x 4's, Segways, quads and bugxters. Function space can be rented for banquets, business meetings and receptions.
